We are entering the 4th year of cooperation with Super Zoo!
Super zoo with 170 stores across the Czech Republic, is one of the largest Czech chains of pet stores. It offers a wide range of products for dogs, cats, small mammals, birds and more.
Among other things, Super Zoo is intensively involved in educating the public - how to take care of their pets, etc.
Four years of building a strong brand on TikTok.
Our cooperation began four years ago with a webinar on TikTok, which was attended by Super Zoo representatives. After the webinar, the Super Zoo representatives contacted us and said that they would like to entrust us with the production of videos and management of their TikTok profile. Super zoo thus became one of the first big Czech brands to trust us with TikTok management.
From the beginning of our collaboration, we knew we wanted to expand brand awareness on TikTok and also connect brand campaigns with sales results over time. This required putting together a long-term strategy.
Millions of views and new customers for Super Zoo thanks to short videos.
The strategy was to focus on making educational videos accompanied by authentic reactions of the staff (experts) in the stores. We threw ourselves into the work, releasing one video a day on TikTok Super Zoo for the first two months. With this process, we were able to quickly test which videos worked on the profile.
The following months, we reduced the intensity and only released 10 videos per month. We have kept this number for three years now.

TikTok is a platform that changes rapidly, so flexibility is key to success. Our collaboration with Super Zoo is characterized by a constant search for new ideas and trends, that might resonate with the target audience. With this flexibility, we are able to respond quickly to new challenges and continually come up with innovative content that has high reach and effectively engages users.
Over time, we didn't just include educational videos on the profile. By constantly monitoring trends and regularly updating our strategy, today the profile also features video replays, carousels, product demos and interviews with pet owners.

We are constantly growing
In the first year of our cooperation, we managed to gain 97.000 followers and create the largest corporate account focused on animal content on Czech TikTok. The number of followers of the profile is constantly growing and currently there are over 157.000 followers.
Based on Super zoo's data, we can say that the strategy we created and implemented for Super zoo has helped to increase brand awareness among the 18-24 year old target group. Over the last two years, Super zoo has seen a 20% increase in top of mind. Similarly, spontaneous brand awareness among this target group has increased by 20 %.
Another positive result is the way Super zoo is perceived by the target group. More than 50 % of young customers perceive Super zoo as a professional brand. In addition, 43 % of them consider Super zoo as a modern brand.
