Bezrealitky is currently one of the largest specialized real estate platforms, connecting property owners with prospective buyers and renters. Today, it facilitates one-fifth of all real estate transactions in the Czech Republic. Since 2019, the company has also been active in Slovakia and is gradually planning to expand into other countries.
The goal of Bezrealitky is to make things faster, better, and simpler. They created a service that enables anyone to sell or rent their house, apartment, garage, land, or office on their own. At the same time, people interested in buying or renting a property get the opportunity to negotiate directly with the owner.

In the director’s words

For Bezrealitky, we produced a 30-second 16:9 spot for YouTube. Our main target group was property owners (men aged 35+), so we focused on the most common problem a property owner might face — finding relevant prospects without wasting time on meetings with unsuitable tenants.
Bezrealitky focuses on this service by providing so-called “customer verification.” We used this as the central foundation for our creative concept. Leveraging our team’s knowledge of social media, we incorporated strong hook, into the visuals to improve watch-through rates, keeping in mind that viewers have only 5 seconds, before they can skip the ad (whereas on TV, skipping isn’t possible).
ChatGPT řekl: We presented the client with several variations of creative concepts. From the very beginning, we had a clear favorite that everyone agreed on. We were pleased to take a less traditional approach and “loosen the reins” a bit. That’s why we chose a bolder direction featuring people in masks, symbolizing the unknown. We don’t know whether the character is male or female, or even if they might be wanted by the police. Once the actor uses the Bezrealitky service, the scene shifts to a neat environment where specific, verified applicants are introduced through the Bezrealitky verification service. The overall feeling is one of relief, as the landlord smiles and confidently welcomes relevant prospects.

Idea making
The initial idea-making stage is absolutely crucial for the future success of videos. Pre-production
ter idea-making comes scriptwriting — which varies depending on the size and complexity of the production. Scripts for sales videos on social media look a bit different from scripts for advertising spots. As part of the pre-production phase, our experienced producers carefully select the most suitable locations, props, actors, or voice-over artists. We thoroughly and precisely prepare the technical scripts and shooting schedules to ensure a smooth filming process.
Production
The filming itself is coordinated by an experienced director who ensures that every detail follows the pre-approved script and that the final video is of the highest quality. Depending on the complexity of the shoot, the size of the crew may vary — it can include a cameraman, sound engineer, lighting technician, and other necessary professionals such as a makeup artist or costume designer.
Post-production
The final post-production phase includes video editing tasks such as cutting, color grading, adding subtitles, and incorporating music. At this stage, we bring the footage to life and add extra dimensions through animations, effects, and visual enhancements. If the goal is to publish the video on social media, we also pay close attention to the optimal length and format to ensure maximum effectiveness for the given platform.
Localization
We often encounter situations where clients want to use the final spots in multiple language versions for different countries. In such cases, we arrange dubbing, selecting from over 600 native speakers across 30 countries worldwide. Naturally, we also localize the video subtitles as needed.
Promotion
We can also publish the videos on the client’s social media channels or place them in paid promotion across all available platforms. Thanks to our in-house ShortPRO PPC&Data division, we are able to fully manage the performance side of marketing as well, including campaign evaluation and success measurement.
