We are excited to announce that our agency ShortPRO has won 1st place in the Brand Campaign of the Year 2025 category in the WebTop100 competition. We received the award for our campaign for the client Hopi Popi, a.s., which demonstrated the power of combining creativity, social media, community, and retail.

The goal? Increase orders by 200%.

When Hopi Popi came to us, they had a clear task: increase orders of Cinema Time popcorn in Tamda Foods by 200%. Our goal was to find the most effective way to achieve it — and above all, to make sure the brand truly became part of people’s everyday lives.
Record popcorn sales and expansion into 3 000 Vietnamese convenience stores.

What stood behind the campaign’s success?

When Hopi Popi came to us, they had a clear task: increase orders of Cinema Time popcorn in Tamda Foods by 200%. Our goal was to find the most effective way to achieve it — and above all, to ensure the brand truly became part of people’s everyday lives.

We understand social media

We began building a community around Cinema Time popcorn on social networks. Fans created content, joined challenges, and shared the hype. But most importantly. They started asking for Cinema Time products directly in Vietnamese convenience stores. We know how to create content that entertains, spreads, and turns a product into a trend.

Knowledge of the Vietnamese community and retail

Thanks to our understanding of the Vietnamese community, retail and communication style we knew how to work with this segment. And it was precisely the combination of community pressure from the online environment and cooperation with Czech Viet in the field that allowed us to turn fan interest into real orders. While the community created demand, Czech Viet sales representatives and support in Vietnamese helped ensure that the product actually reached convenience stores. And from there, it grew all the way to large orders in Tamda Foods.

The ability to turn fans into customers

The community was so strong and active that it directly influenced what was happening in real retail. And that is the moment when marketing becomes a true business tool.
