We’re starting the 5th year of collaboration with Super zoo!
Super zoo is the largest Czech chain specialized in pet supplies, with 204 stores across the Czech Republic. It offers a wide range of products for dogs, cats, small mammals, birds, and other pets. In addition to sales, it actively engages in educating the public on proper animal care.

5 years of collaboration between ShortPRO and Super zoo.
Our collaboration with Super Zoo began five years ago when we met at ShortPRO webinar on TikTok. After attending the webinar, representatives from Super Zoo contacted us, expressing their interest in entrusting us with the production of videos and TikTok profile management . Super zoo became one of the first major Czech brands to trust us with TikTok management.
Since then, we’ve developed an effective marketing strategy, for Super zoo, focused on short videos, which has helped strengthen the brand’s position in the market, and attract new customers. Over these five years, we’ve successfully reached a wide range of customers through short educational videos focused on proper pet care and the latest trends in pet supplies.

Results.
Based on Super zoo's data, we can say that the strategy we developed and implemented for this brand had a significant impact on its perception and awareness among the target group aged 18-24. Over the past two years, Super zoo saw a 20% increase in top-of-mind awareness and spontaneous brand recognition within this target group also grew by another 20%. This success shows how effectively we were able to engage young customers through a modern video marketing strategy.
During the first year of collaboration, we managed to gain 97.000 followers and created the largest corporate TikTok account focused on pet-related content in the Czech Republic. This success continues to grow, and today the Super zoo profile is followed by almost 163.000 users, demonstrating ongoing growth and interest in our videos.
